Southwestern jam act Spafford have scheduled a special performance during the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival.
The quartet will perform an all ages show at NOLA’s Civic Theatre on Saturday, May 4, with doors opening at 9:30 p.m.
Spafford also recently shared yet another pro-shot from their Winter Tour. After previously dropping live videos of tunes like “The Remedy” from their stop in Detroit and new cut “Comfortable” from a performance in Northern Florida, the bands newest output – courtesy of videographer Carson Church – features a pro-shot, 19-minute version of “The Postman.”
Interestingly, according to fan site Spaffnerds.com, this Fayetteville, Arkansas take on “The Postman” marks Spafford’s 100th live performance of the song.
Presale for Spafford’s Jazz Fest performance will kick off on Thursday March 7 at 10 a.m. local time. General onsale will begin on Friday, March 8.
Visit the band’s official website for more information.

March 7, 2019 at 7:50 amIMHO, this is the hottest band going right now. This year, I took friends who hadn’t seen them before to Bklyn and Philly and in each case they were blown away. A ton of energy and some really great original tunes.
