It is now official. Jambands.com and Relix will be hosting a m-o-e-. tournament at moedown. m-o-e-. which will be played much like H-O-R-S-E with one less letter (and no capital punctuation). This version of the game will focus on shooting skills (i.e. a behind the back, through-the-legs lay-up counts only as a lay-up. On the other hand a shot that careens off the beer tent, travels through the chairlift, bounds off Topper's noggin and hits nothing but net would have to matched). The entry fee is $20 which will go towards a commemorative T-shirt and trophies for the top players (which will be given out from the main stage as occurred in 2002 following the 3-on-3 tournament) with the balance designated for charity. The field will be limited to 64 on a first-come, first-served basis. Those wishing to enter should email for details- [email protected].
