Yonder Mountain String Band have officially unveiled plans for a winter 2025 tour, set to stage across the country at the outset of next year. From Jan. 2 to March 22, the progressive bluegrass titans will make 27 stops across the country, including appearances in the Mountain, Southeast, Northwest, Northeast, South Central and Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. The string quintet’s next run will support the release of Nowhere Next, its 11th studio album, set to release on Nov. 8 via Thirty Tigers.

Yonder Mountain String Band will kick off its next calendar year of touring right after New Year’s Day, first assuming the spotlight at Park City, Utah’s Egyptian Theatre on Jan. 2. This debut begins a four-night stand at the Egyptian through Jan. 5, after which the band will jump to North Carolina for dates at Asheville’s The Orange Peel and Charlotte’s Neighborhood Theatre on Jan. 10 and 11. The next week, the ensemble will fly out to Bend, Ore. for two nights at the Volcanic Theatre on Jan. 17 and 18, then return to the East Coast for stops in Beverly, Mass., Albany, N.Y., and Rutland, Vt. on Jan. 23-25.

At the end of January, Yonder will return to its home state, starting a three-night sprint in the Centennial State with a show at Washington’s in Fort Collins, Colo. on Jan. 30, then moving ahead to a pair at Lulu’s in Colorado Springs on Jan. 31 and Feb. 2. After crossing Texas with stops in Austin, Dallas and Houston on Feb. 6-8, the band will head to the Midwest, making appearances in Wisconsin, Indiana and two at Evanston Ill.’s SPACE from Feb. 20-23. From March 7-15, the ensemble will return to the Northwest, closing the leg with a show at Portland’s Aladdin. Then, finally, the group will wrap its Winter tour with shows at Ardmore, Pa.’s Ardmore Music Hall on March 21 and Virginia Beach, Va.’s Elevation 27 on March 22.
