Blues Traveler have announced a co-headlining tour with Big Head Todd and The Monsters. The extensive trek will see the two music groups commence their run on July 6 at Gerald R Ford Amphitheater in Vail, Colo. The initial joint appearance will arrive after Blue Traveler participates in their annual July 4 stand at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
The billed bands will continue their tour by picking up a series of Centennial State shows, slated to occur in Colorado Springs, Colo., and Grand Junction, Colo., prior to the group’s one-night stand at Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake City on July 11. Next, they’ll pop up to Bonner, Mont., before a July 14 gig at Outlaw Field in Boise, Idaho.
After time in the Gem State, the bands will embark on the Pacific Northwest leg of the tour, where they’ll play shows in Washington, Oregon, and California before their June 29 date at the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino in Reno, Nev.
Blues Traveler and Big Head Todd and The Monsters will play a pair of shows in Arizona before an August 2 performance at the Revel in Albuquerque, N.M. From there, the musicians will pick up their final series of dates, leading them through the Midwest region of the U.S.
Tickets for the impending summer tour go on sale Friday, April 14, at 10 a.m. local time.
