Gov’t Mule has announced they will return to the Tabernacle Atlanta for a two-night run for Halloween weekend on Oct. 29 and 30.
The first evening will feature the premiere of their upcoming album Heavy Load Blues, the band will play in their first true blues album entirety and have also promised “other surprises.”
On Oct. 30 the band will celebrate the hallowed evening with Mule-o-ween with special guests Charlie Starr and Pual Riddle.
Paul Riddle is the classic-era drummer for Marshall Tucker Band and has also played with Warren Haynes in many configurations over the years, including a stint when they were both in the Allman Brothers Band while Jaimoe Allman was out with a bad back
The band wrote on social media, “We’re looking forward to seeing you all in Hot ‘Lanta.”
Tickets go on sale on Oct. 1 EDT. Get tickets here.
Heavy Load Blues is due to release on Nov. 12 pre-order it here.

September 28, 2021 at 12:01 pmPaul Riddle was never IN the ABB. He filled in from time to time if Jaimoe Allman wasn’t able to play. I mean, really, Jambands…? Jaimoe Allman…?
Do research
September 27, 2021 at 10:10 pmYo intern – Jaimoe’s last name isn’t Allman. What the hell is wrong with your logic?

September 27, 2021 at 4:51 pmJamoie Allmans – that’s fricking hysterical. Who writes for this website? This guy or girl doesn’t deserve a job with Jambands.
