Galactic have revived the ’30s calypso track “Wash Your Hands” for the COVID-19 age, with special guests like Chali 2na, Anjelika “Jelly” Joseph, Ivan Neville, Anders Osborne, David Shaw and more.

The video benefits the band’s Tip-It Foundation which “supports and promotes the future of the Gulf South’s music, culture and heritage via the Tipitina’s venue and brand.” Needless to say, NOLA’s bustling live music scene has been hit particularly hard by coronavirus cancellations.

Galactic purchased NOLA’s famed Tipitina’s in late 2018 and launched the Tip-It Foundation a year later.
