Back in early 2006, following the departure of guitarist Charlie Hitchcock, Particle welcomed two guitar players into the fold: Ben Combe and Scott Metzger. Metzger left the band later that year and Combe moved on the following fall. However for a series of dates in September, Combe and Metzger each will perform with the group on select nights (with the full list of dates below). Then, after Particle’s Steve Molitz returns from a stint with Rich Robinson, Particle will come together once again at year’s end for a series of December dates (with no guitar player announced as yet), culminating in a New Year’s Eve performance at Florida’s BondFire Music Festival.
