As we’ve previously reported, Bob Weir and Mickey Hart will headline Wavy Gravy’s 75th Birthday Boogie, a benefit show that will take place at Richmond, CA’s Craneway Pavilion on May 14. An East Coast benefit has now been added as well. The Beacon Theater will host the concert in May 27 with Dr. John, Bruce Hornsby, Ani DiFranco, Jackson Browne, Steve Kimock, Steve Earle & Alison Moorer, Jorma Kaukonen and Buffy Sanite-Marie all scheduled to appear and surprise guests promised as well. Tickets will go on sale this Friday March 25, with VIP packages now available through the SEVA website.
