Eggy have outlined an extensive winter tour that will take the New Haven, Conn. quartet from one side of the country to the other. The jaunt will begin with a previously announced Phish after-show performance at The Cutting Room in New York on Dec. 28.
After opening up the tour in The Big Apple, Eggy will head to the City of Brotherly Love to ring in the New Year beside Chuck Garvey and moe., at The Fillmore in Philadelphia. After some time off the road, they will return on Jan. 20 for a one-night stand at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y., where Umphrey’s McGee will join them.
The jammers will participate in SnowStalk Festival in Frisco, Colo. next, followed by a two-week break from touring. Then, they’ll return to the road for a pair of Arizona concerts in mid-February, which will double as Twiddle’s first dates with the band. Eggy will perform a series of shows across the Golden State before traveling up the coast for the Pacific Northwest leg of the tour, which will take the group through Oregon and Washington.
They’ll partake in Idaho and Montana gigs prior to a one-night stand at Salt Lake City’s The Commonwealth Room, where Twiddle will perform their final stand with Eggy. The band will spend mid-March in Colorado before dropping over to Wisconsin and Michigan for the final tour stops.
$1 from the sale of each concert ticket will directly benefit Backline, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that connects industry professionals and their families with mental health and wellness resources. To learn more or make a donation, visit their chosen charity’s official website.
