The Kitchen Dwellers and Daniel Donato have announced a joint fall tour dubbed Galaxy Grass x Cosmic Country. The 22-date run will begin on Oct. 5 at the Old Rock House in St. Louis and continues throughout the Midwest, Southeast and Northeast before concluding on Nov. 5 at the Turf Club in St. Paul, Minn.

After the tour opener, the bands will jaunt through Ohio, making stops in Cincinnati and Cleveland before heading to Knoxville, Tenn., on Oct. 11 for a performance at Barley’s Tap Room. Next, they’ll make a handful of North Carolina and Virginia stops before trekking to Pennsylvania for a gig at Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, Pa., on Oct. 21.

The following night, the musicians will jet down to Baltimore for a one-night stand at Union Craft Brewery before returning to the Northeast for a show at Park City Music Hall on Oct. 23 in Bridgeport, Conn. Then, after a few days off the road, they’ll return to the stage on Oct. 26 to play at Burlington, Vt.’s Higher Ground.

The bands will continue their run in Cambridge, Mass., on Oct. 27, before moving into Maine for a single show at the State Theater on Oct. 28. They’ll hop back down to New York next, playing at Saratoga Springs, N.Y.’s Putnam Place on Oct. 29. Next, the Kitchen Dwellers and Donato will perform a concert on Halloween at Columbus’ Woodlands Tavern.

After a handful of Midwest gigs, the bands will wrap their tour on Nov. 5 at the Turf Club in St. Paul, Minn. Donato shared, “Cosmic Country and Galaxy Grass is just the remedy for your heart, soul, and mind this winter. This fall, come dance, be enchanted, and transcend with us, you and I, while we can!”

The Kitchen Dwellers, Torrin Daniels also offered some thoughts on the forthcoming tour with Donato, “Daniel’s playing immediately struck me as something unique and special, and his band as a whole is a full-blown psychedelic hoss.” He continued, “Besides the obvious stylistic musical connections between ‘galaxy-grass’ and ‘cosmic country,’ it was immediately apparent that our bands and fans have similar ideals and core values when it comes to life and playing music. Some people you just instantly click with, and this is one of those times. And now we’re taking the whole damn circus on the road. Come see us this fall.”
