Widespread Panic wrapped up a three-night stint at The Riverside Theater in Milwaukee, WI, on Sunday evening, offering a two-set performance filled with live staples and closing out with an encore that included a tribute to late Little Feat guitarist/singer Paul Barrere, who passed away over the weekend at the age of 71.
Last night’s first set kicked off with Panic’s cover of “Good Morning Little Schoolgirl” and featured favorites like “Ribs and Whiskey” and set closer “Climb to Safety,” while set two opened with the first “From the Cradle” in over three-and-a-half years (Panic last played the original in February 2016) and included a “Drums” segment fit in between “Ride Me High” and “Proving Ground.”
For Sunday’s encore, Panic offered a two-song finale to round out their Milwaukee run, beginning with Little Feat’s “Down on the Farm,” a tune written by Barrere, before closing with “Ain’t Life Grand.”
Check out the full setlist below, along with fan-shot video from the encore. Next up for Widespread Panic is the band’s Halloween run in New Orleans, kicking off Oct. 30 at the UNO Lakefront Arena.
