In recent years, The Disco Biscuits have limited their performances to one-off runs and special occasions, but now the group appears primed for a major return to the road after posting a note to fans on their social media announcing that “set break is over.”

“For years now we’ve been working on our lives away from music,” the statement begins. “One thing that we all realized during this time was how lucky we were to bring happiness to people by something we loved to do. Well we are seizing this moment.”

Although no dates or tour announcement accompanied the note, which comes from guitarist Jon “Barber” Gutwillig, the message of the Biscuits’ return to touring seems clear: “Set break is over. Gas tank’s refilled. We are back. Get ready, the best is yet to come.”
