Big Red Machine – the alt-synth brainchild of The National’s Aaron Dessner and Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon – have announced a one-off gig at the Hollywood Palladium on Sunday, April 28.

Though Dessner and Vernon are well known for their work in the indie sphere, both musicians have dipped their toes in the more psychedelic/jam realm – Dessner with the Day of the Dead compilation he produced with brother-bandmate Bryce, and Vernon with his highly publicized sit-in with Dead & Company in the summer of 2018.

Tickets for Big Red Machine at the Hollywood Palladium go on sale Friday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. PT.
