During Thom Yorke’s Dec. 19 solo tour stop in Los Angeles, the singer brought out a number of old friends, including Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea and Beck drummer Joey Waronker to reform Atoms for Peace.

The short-lived supergroup released a single LP in 2013 – AMOK – featuring Yorke, Flea, Waronker and Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, who is also a member of Yorke’s touring band.

After teasing the reunion mid-way through his single set with a take on AMOK‘s title track, Flea and Waronker emerged for the second song of Yorke’s encore, “Atoms For Peace.” Flea departed after the single tune, but Waronker stuck around for the third retrospective tune, “Default.”
