Jerry Garcia drew from a variety of songbooks over the years, both with the Grateful Dead and his own bands. Around the holidays, those songbooks also occasionally included some Christmas-themed music. In time for Christmas, our sister site Relix.com has started to stream two Garcia holiday selections. So while you are opening your gifts, watching the yule log or lighting the menorah a few weeks late, be sure to put on the Grateful Dead’s rendition of “Run Rudolph Run” or Jerry Garcia Band’s “Jingle Bells.”
