Vermont Public Radio will air an hour long documentary tracing Phishs evolution at 7PM on Wednesday October 27. Along with colorful fan commentary, the 60-minute program will include an extensive interview with Jon Fishman who spent time with VPR during Phishs final performances. VPRs Steve Zind and Patti Daniels will host the NPR-affiliated program, which will also include clips culled from their four-day Coventry coverage this August. Fishman is expected to discuss the meeting at which the band decided to call it quits, talk about the band’s business philosophy and explore the final moments together following the Coventry festival.
