Mountain of Venus will welcome special guest guitarist Steve Kimock for three shows later this fall. Kimock will join the band November 4 and 5 at Quixotes True Blue in Denver and December 13 at Mexicali Blues in Teaneck, NJ. Mountain of Venus and Kimock first collaborated this past New Years Eve at The Gothic Theater in Denver (Portions of this show appear on MOVs most recent release, Live at the Gothic Theatre.)
Mountain of Venus has also released several new tour dates for the remainder of 2003. The itinerary includes stops in Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, Colorado, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia and New York.
