Grace Potter, Larkin Poe, JJ Grey & Mofro and The Fabulous Thunderbirds are among the acts slated to join Joe Bonamassa aboard Sixthman’s Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Alaska II. The traveling festival will set sail from Seattle, WA, to Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay and Victoria, BC, aboard the Norwegian Jade from September 14-21, 2027. Other acts slated to perform include: Ruthie Foster, Eric Gales, Jimmy Vivino, Robert Jon $ The Wreck, Tommy Castro & The Painkillers, Danielle Nicole Band and D.K. Harrell. Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Alaska II also promises “exclusive collaborations and intimate jams,” as well as additional yet-to-be-announced acts. Event host Bonamassa personally curated the event’s lineup.

Beyond the music, Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Alaska II will sail through some of the region’s most scenic destinations, from the waterfronts and cultural attractions of Juneau and the Gold Rush history to the mountain scenery of Skagway to Glacier Bay National Park, with its towering glaciers, pristine wilderness and abundant wildlife. The journey also includes a visit to Victoria, BC, which boasts harbor views, several gardens and a vibrant culinary scene. A range of special activities and complimentary dining options will also be available while the ship itself offers a pool deck with multiple hot tubs, the Jade Club Casino, Mandara Spa, Pulse Fitness Center, basketball/pickleball courts and other amenities.

Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Alaska II follows next year’s sold-out Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea XII. That event will sail from Miami, FL, to Grand Cayman aboard the Norwegian Jewel from March 15-19, 2027.
