The 12th Annual Seattle Hemp Fest has been announced. The event will take place August 17 18 at Myrtle Edwards Park in downtown Seattle, WA. Ten Ton Chicken and Fishbone will headline the two-day festival. Last years Hemp Fest drew over 150,000 people, including Woody Harrelson, who took the stage at 4:20 p.m. to address the crowd. The event is free.
