She & Him, Neko Case, Belle & Sebastian, The Barr Brothers and Justin Townes Earle are among the acts confirmed for the Toronto Urban Roots Festival. The Canadian festival will take place at Toronto’s Fort York Garrison Commons from July 4-7. Other confirmed acts include: Camera Obscura, Alejandro Escovedo & The Sensitive Boys, The Felice Brothers, Flogging Molly, The Hold Steady, Larry and His Flask, The Lowest of the Low, JD McPherson, The Joel Plaskett Emergency, The Sadies, The Skydiggers, Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, Kurt Vile & The Violators and Yo La Tengo. Additional acts will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
