Widespread Panic bassist Dave Schools has confirmed a pair of special fall shows. The bassist will host Dave Schools & Friends gigs at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl on November 5 and 6, bringing together Steve Kimock, Tom Hamilton, Jennifer Hartswick, Alex Koford, John Morgan Kimock and Adam MacDougall. Schools has organized Friends shows in the past, including a Charlotte, NC gig where Stephen Stills showed up. 

Widespread Panic will perform at Wilmington, NC’s Live Oak Bank Pavilion on September 18 and 19. For more on the band, be sure to order the new special edition of Relix, which is focused on the group’s 40th anniversary.
