Julien Baker & TORRES have cancelled the remainder of their shared spring tour so the former can prioritize her health. This update clears 11 shows through May 18, including bookings at Salt Lake City’s Kilby Block Party and Morrison, Colo.’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and follows two previous cancellations in March, when “one of our key members sustained a concussion.” 

“Due to recent events, Julien Baker is prioritizing her well-being and taking time to focus on her health,” a statement issued from the artist’s social channels details. “Therefore, the Julien Baker and TORRES ‘Send A Prayer My Way’ Tour has been canceled. This decision was not made lightly, and we understand the disappointment this may cause for fans. We deeply appreciate your understanding… Thank you for your continued support and compassion.”

Baker and TORRES’ tour celebrated their collaborative country record Send a Prayer My Way, which arrived on April 18 via Matador Records after the preview singles “Sugar in the Tank” and “Sylvia.” The duo presented eight performances from April 23 to their latest at Tipitina’s in New Orleans last Thursday, and they’ll return to the stage this summer for 11 festival sets from June 20 to Sept. 27, including appearaances at Mountain Jam, Zootown, Newport Folk Festival, Bourbon & Beyond and All Things Go D.C.
