Beloved jam band-centric festival, [previously known as] All Good Music Festival & Campout, and reimagined now, nearly 10 years later as All Good Now, is slated to return on June 14-15, 2025, to the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md.

The long-running event, which originated in 1997, continues the legacy of the Grateful Dead’s music following the passing of principal guitarist Jerry Garcia by bringing together music enthusiasts who seek to celebrate songs in a communal setting. The initial All Good Music Festival & Campout assisted in pioneering the regional jam scene by presenting 18 iterations of the event in four states and at differing venues.

The first-ever event was held at Wilmer’s Park in Brandywine, Md., regarded as “the first notable jam festival on the East Coast and a powerful force within the emerging, yet to be dubbed, ‘jam band’ scene.”Ultimately, All Good Music Festival & Campout hosted its final event in 2016, before its current comeback season.

“We invite you to join us as we bring the All Good family vibes, the music, and that unforgettable energy to Merriweather Post Pavilion,” founder Tim Walther offered via press release. “Our lifestyles may have changed, but the spirit of music and community remains the same. Let’s revel in the past and celebrate in the present—we were All Good then, and we are All Good Now.”

The 2025 location, Merriweather Post Pavilion, boasts two stages, a covered pavilion, and an array of modern amenities that make for an easy festival experience, where the main focus is appreciating the music.

The All Good Now festival lineup and ticket information are slated to drop on Nov. 15.
