The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.T. and expands upon last week’s Record Store Day celebration with an offering of exclusive and remaining releases. The impending second annual record fair will draw in beer and music legends, including Sam Calagione, Brewer and founder Of Dogfish Head, Creem Magazine, Slipped Disc Records, Needle + Groove Records, Academy Records, Obscurology, and Monte A. Melnick, touring manager and author of On The Road with the Ramones.
The Brooklyn Bowl event represents the final chapter of this year’s Dogfish Head Record Store Day rollout. Learn more via Brooklyn Bowl’s official website.
“Calling all record lovers … we suggest you keep your eyes peeled while you’re crate digging this month!
In partnership with Record Store Day, Dogfish Head is hiding prizes on decorative gold vinyl at select tables at Brooklyn Bowl that, once located, will not only become a unique keepsake but will act as your ticket (see what we did there) to unlock a mélange of prizes. Find one of these and you could win some sweet Dogfish Head or Record Store Day swag OR become the grand prize winner and get two tickets to a concert of your choosing with flight and hotels included!!
The only way to participate is to head to Brooklyn Bowl on April 27th and get to sippin’ & flippin’ to find that golden vinyl!”
