The Toy Factory Project have added one additional gig to their New Year’s tour. The group, which celebrates the legacy of Marshall Tucker Band founder Toy Caldwell, will also appear on December 30 at Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium in Spartanburg, SC. This is a special homecoming gig, as Spartanburg is the birthplace of the original Marshall Tucker Band.

Paul T, Riddle, the founding MTB drummer leads the group, which also features Oteil Burbridge, Marcus King, Charlie Starr and Josh Shilling. On the New Year’s run the Toy Factory Project will be joined by Sam Bush and Jimmy Rector.

The group will open their tour with two gigs at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN on December 29 and 29, followed by the Spartanburg show on December 30, then a New Year’s Eve performance at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta.

Tickets for the Spartanburg date will go on sale to general public this Friday, October 2 (10 a.m. ET), with an artist presale that begins Wednesday, 9/30 at 10 a.m. ET.
