REPRISE, the latest collective to pay tribute to Phish, have announced two new shows for this June. This pair will commence with a staging at Philadelphia’s Milkboy on June 13, after which the group will quickly bear north to swiftly head up to Woodstock, N.Y.’s The Colony for another jam-packed set on June 14. In its distinctive style, the band will not only perform Phish standards at these dates, by recreate classic performances from the band’s history in their entirety to salute the legacy of immersive stagings that Phish has cultivated over 40 years.

REPRISE is composed of a veritable who’s who of jam-scene favorites and rising stars, including Adrian Tramontano on drums, Cal Kehoe on guitar, Scott Chasolen on keyboard and Chris DeAngelics on bass. The upcoming June performances follow the band’s debut double feature at Burlington, Vt.’s Nectar’s on March 1-2, in which it offered up a reproduction of Phish’s March 13, 1989 Nectar’s show on the first night, followed up by a renactment of the band’s July 16, 1994 Sugarbush show on night two. Walking in the iconic bands footsteps, these shows expand the live music experience to demonstrate the power and possibility of comprehensive, thoroughly-evaluated performances, rejoining Phans old and new in a celebration of the deliberate freakiness that makes the band unique.
