Today, Sweetwater Music Hall announced they’re gearing up to put on their 9th Annual Music Heals concert in benefit of the Rob Wasserman Memorial Fund. This year the event, which is in honor of the life of the late Grammy-winning bass player, composer, and former member of RatDog, Rob Wasserman, will take place at the Mill Valley, Calif. venue on Nov. 14.

The performance will feature Lukas Nelson, Leftover Salmon’s Vince Herman, Dead & Company’s Jay Lane and DJ Logic. The performance will also feature Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz, The Music Heals International All Stars: Jason Crosby and Steve Adams, along with very special guests.

Last year’s benefit concert featured Sweetwater co-owner Bob Weir, Lukas Nelson and Tato Melgar, RatDog saxophonist Dave Ellis and DJ Logic. During the sett the Grateful Dead guitarist joined Nelson and Melgar for a few selections, including “Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain,” “Before You Accuse Me” and “Loose Lucy.” He also took part in the evening’s all-star finale, which included “Standing on Shaky Groundm,” “The Weight” and “I Shall be Released.”
