Dave Matthews Band performed at Pharrell Williams’ Something in the Water festival yesterday, joining an eclectic lineup that included Justin Timberlake, Bad Brains, 21 Savage, Jon Batiste, Usher, Thundercat and many others. The event took place on Independence Avenue in Washington, D.C. from June 17-19.

The Preservation Hall Jazz Band are currently on the road supporting singer Josh Groban and had some time off yesterday. So the members of the legendary New Orleans jazz act sat in with Dave Matthews Band for “That Girl Is You,” “Can’t Stop,” “What Would You Say,” “Joe Avery’s Blues” and “Ants Marching.” Dave Matthews Band first used “Joe Avery’s Blues” as an intro to “Ants Marching” when Pres Hall joined them onstage in 2018.

Dave Matthews Band will perform at the Pine Knob Music Theatre in Clarkston, MI tomorrow.
