Railroad Earth shared that Mike Robinson will not join the band on tour for their rescheduled run in March due to a previous commitment with Sarah Jarosz. Sam Armstrong-Zickefoose has stepped in and will lend their skills on banjo and guitar.
The March run will feature stops at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, N.Y. on March 19, followed by a performance at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia on March 20. From there, the band will head to Washington, D.C. to play at the 9:30 Club on March 24 before heading to Virginia to perform at The Jefferson Theater on March 25 and 26.
Mike Robinson has played acoustic guitar, steel pedal and banjo with Railroad Earth since founding member and multi-instrumentalist Andy Goessling had to stop touring and ultimately passed away due to cancer. Robinson will rejoin the band at Old Settlers Music Festival on April 21 through 24 in Dale, Texas.
