On Nov. 6, Brandi Carlile will honor Joni Mitchell’s classic album Blue at New York City’s famed Carnegie Hall.
Previously, on Oct. 14, 2019, Carlile did a similar tribute at LA’s Walt Disney Concert Hall, earning rave reviews from critics and a blessing from Mitchell herself (who attended the show personally).
This Nov. 6 gig, however, will mark Carlile’s first East Coast Blue tribute, in Mitchell’s hometown of NYC no less.
Adding to her busy schedule, Carlile is on the cusp of releasing her new LP In These Silent Days, out Oct. 1.
She is also the latest artist featured on the cover of Relix magazine.

As for tickets to the Blue tribute, they will be available “early for fan club members starting [Tuesday, Aug. 10] at 11 a.m. ET followed by public pre-sale on Wednesday at 11 a.m. ET and general on-sale on Thursday at 11 a.m. ET.”
