Eric Krasno kicked off a 3-night run at New York’s Blue Note Jazz Club with his trio E3 featuring Deep Banana Blackout, Dap-Kings drummer Eric Kalb and organist Eric Finland last night, June 29, 2021.
E3 played two shows yesterday, one show at 6:30 p.m and one at 9:00 p.m., and will continue to through the run. During the early show, Eric Krasno Band guitarist Danny Mayer sat in for a bit on the Allman Brothers Band’s “In Memory of Elizabeth Reed” and Tash Neal emerged for Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young’s “Ohio.” During the second show, Meyer returned for “Curse Lifter” and “That’s Alright.”
Krasno will return to the Blue Note this evening.
