Billy Strings has added a third show to his recently announced run at Louisville, Ky.’s Waterfront Park. The bluegrass guitarist and songwriter will perform on May 23 as well as May 21 and 22.

“We couldn’t leave you without a Sunday show! Thanks so much to all of you who sold out our Friday and Saturday night in Louisville, KY. Because of the overwhelming response, we have decided to add Sunday, May 23,” wrote Strings when announcing the added date.

Strings is coming off of shows at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Ala., the Saint Augustine Amphitehatre in St. Augustine Fla. and the Columbia Speedway Entertainment Center in South Carolina.

He and his band also performed a six-night livestream residency at Port Chester, N.Y.’s Capitol Theatre, dubbed ‘The Deja Vu Experiment.’ During the run, he debuted several Grateful Dead covers and a handful of new original tunes.
