Widespread Panic have added a slew of dates to their 2021 touring calendar.
In addition to previously announced stops in Austin, Napa, and Chicago, the Southern jam-rockers will set up shop at New York’s Beacon Theatre from Sept. 16-20, as well as Milwaukee’s Riverside Theater from Oct. 21-24. (The Beacon run has fans particularly jazzed as it signals WSP’s return to the often-overlooked Northeast; for reference, their 2020 five-night Beacon run marked their first batch of New York City shows in seven years.)
WSP has also locked down their New Year’s plans, returning to The Fox Theater in Atlanta for Dec. 28-31.
The band does note that these shows are subject to change due to the ever-evolving COVID-19 crisis.
“As part of a continued commitment to creating the safest, most enjoyable concert experience for everyone, these shows may be revised as needed,” they wrote. “We will keep the tour information on our website as up to date as possible. So, as always, ‘call’ before you haul.”
