To promote his new record Oh My God (out April 26), Kevin Morby has revealed his touring band, including members of The Dap Kings, Tedeschi Trucks Band and more.

The seven-piece ensemble will feature guitarists Sam Cohen and Cyrus Gengras as well as saxophonist Cochemea Gastelum of The Dap Kings, drummer Nick Kinsey of Dearland, keyboardist Jared Samuel, vocalist Alecia Chakour of Tedeschi Trucks Band and vocalist Lauren Balthrop.

Specifically, Morby has a close relationship with Cohen, who will open a few dates on the tour as well. The guitarist helped Morby produce Oh My God and also took part in Morby’s 2016 record Singing Saw, which was recorded at Cohen’s Brooklyn studio.

“Big band. Big talents,” Morby wrote on Instagram. “These will be very special performances in beautiful venues w/ band [sic.] that will allow me to perform my songs in ways I have not been able to until now. Excited to see you all so soon and to share the experience, thank you for even making it a possibility.”
