On Friday Nov. 16, The Infamous Stringdusters will release a new live record entitled Live From Telluride.

As the LP’s title reveals, all of its 20 tracks were recorded this June at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival.

“Telluride Bluegrass has been the center of the acoustic festival universe for many years, and we have been really honored to be involved in that,” Banjoist Chris Pandolfi said in a press release. “The fans are knowledgeable, but even more importantly, they are always down to connect with the moment and bring a lot of energy to the performance. It’s a place of deep inspiration because of the amazing surroundings, but also the amazing musical company. You feel it every time you step on stage there, and this show was no exception. We knew pretty much right after the show that this was a show worth putting out there. Hope you guys enjoy!”

Featuring Pandolfi on banjo, Andy Hall on dobro, Andy Falco on guitar, Jeremy Garrett on fiddle and Travis Book on upright bass, The Infamous Stringdusters have also added a large number of tour dates to their official website, including a gig at San Francisco’s Fillmore (Jan. 18) and a night a Chicago’s Vic Theatre (March 16).
