4th Annual Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Fest will come to a close at the Windy City’s Congress Theater on January 28. The three-stage celebration will feature a diverse mix of acts, including Drive-By Truckers, Dawes, Joe Pug, Bailiff and Van Ghost (acoustic). In addition, the event will boast Jaik Willis, The Shams Band, Great Divide, Jon Drake & The Shakes, Ben Ripani Music Co., Go Long Mule, The Future Laureates, Band Called Catch, Michele McGuire and Paper Thick Walls. Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Fest will open with a more bluegrass-centric event at Chicago’s Auditorium Theater on January 21. That event will bring together Del McCoury Band, Davis Grisman, Bill Nershi, Jeff Austin and many others.
