On August 11, STS9 performed its second-ever acoustic show at New York’s Gramercy Theatre. The performance was part of a tour in support of the group’s new live album Axe the Cables, which documents the electronic group’s acoustic debut in Colorado last December. Before the doors opened the band played a special mini-set at the venue before doors for Relix/Jambands.com contest winners and fans who participated in the band’s scavenger hunt.
