The 11th Annual Pickathon Roots Music Festival will take place from July 31-August 2 in Oregon. The Pendarvis Farm on Mt. Scott just outside Portland is the locale for the event which will offer 6 stages of music. Set to appear at Pickathon are such acts as Blitzen Trapper, Dr. Dog, John Doe and the Sadies (the Sadies will also pay their own set), Alvin Youngblood Hart, Vetiver, The Hackensaw Boys, C.W. Stoneking, Thao With The Get Down Stay Down, Dale Watson, Jackstraw and numerous others.Ticket information, performance schedule, maps, transportation details and the like can be found at the Pickathon site.
