During his time off from gigs with Pnuma and Lipp Service Alex Botwin has been focusing his efforts on his home studio. There he has been ‘scrutinizing over drum patterns, digging for samples, and working on his production chops.’ The results will be offered for a free download on Monday, December 8. Hip Hop Beat Tape Vol. 1 which was produced, mixed and mastered by Alex B will be available at 1320records.com, iTunes and alexbeats.com. This free recording is a precursor to a forthcoming full length electronic release.
