Last night at Pittsburghs Post-Gazette Pavilion, the Allman Brothers Band continued their stretch of shows opening for Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers. While Petty has yet to bring out a member of the ABB to join his set, the Brothers did extend that courtesy to some of the Heartbreakers. Longtime keyboardist Benmont Tench, guitarist Mike Campbell and drummer Steve Ferrone all appeared during a rousing take on Southbound. One final opportunity for collaboration will take place tomorrow night at Camden, New Jerseys Tweeter Center, as the groups conclude their five dates together.
