One Under, featuring ekoostik hookah’s Ed McGee and hookah-alum Johnny Polansky, wrapped up its inaugural Colorado-run Sunday night with a performance at Boulders Mt. Sun. In addition, the group invited out a number of surprise guests including Susan Tedeschi drummer Aaron Turner and keyboard player William Green. Turner and Green joined One Under for runs through Herbie Hancocks ‘Chameleon’ and Grover Washington Jr.s ‘Mr. Magic partway through the groups extended set. One Under will finish out the year with a limited set of dates, while McGee devotes him time to ekoostik hookahs eight remaining pre-break shows, before making way for a full schedule in 2006.
