The Disco Biscuits have released new summer dates including a two-night run at the Amazura Ballroom in Queens, NY on August 7 8, the same weekend that Bonnaroo NE was originally scheduled to take place (the first night will include three sets). On August 9, The Biscuits will appear at Waterloo Village in Stanhope, NJ along with String Cheese Incident, the Flaming Lips, Medeski Martin & Wood, Soulive and Kaki King. The band then heads to the Tussey Mountain racetrack in State College, PA for two shows on August 11 and 12. Other acts will include Keller Williams, Lotus and Astralyte (there will also be go-cart racing during the day). After a gig a The Nation in Washington, DC on August 13, the band will host a two-night event called TranceMission on August 15 and 16 in Trade, TN. The group will play two sets each night with an additional afternoon set slated for the 16th.
