The Slip will perform with a horn section for its December 30th show at Avalon Ballroom in Boston, MA. Joining the group will be tenor saxophonist Timo Shanko (Fully Celebrated Orchestra), alto saxophonist James Meranda (James Meranda’s Masked Marvels, The Mingus Three), and trumpeter Grayson Farmer (The Jazz Farmers). The Slips New Years run also includes December 28 at Bowery Ballroom in New York City and December 31 at Lupos Heartbreak Hotel in Providence, RI.
