A new String Cheese Incident documentary film will be released in January of 2003. Titled Waiting For The Snow to Fall, the movie features portions of last years Winter Carnival shows, which took place in Colorado last February, as well as behind-the-scenes footage and interviews. The film was produced in part by Boulder-based Warren Miller Films. It will be released on DVD and is expected to hit theaters in select locations early next year.
String Cheese Incident will perform at a sneak preview of the documentary on December 19 at the Boulder Theater. All proceeds from the event will be donated to a variety of charities, including the Boulder County Safehouse, the Emergency Family Assistance Association and the Hospice of Boulder County.
