moe. has shared an important update regarding a pair of impending festival appearances. The band will no longer take part in previously announced stands at Solshine: A Music & Arts Reverie in Chillicothe, Ill., on May 24-26, and Northlands Music & Arts Festival in Swanzey, N.H., on June 14-15. The Buffalo, N.Y.-bred group cited the motive for their cancelation as related to family matters.

In full, moe. shared an official statement via Instagram, writing, “Due to extenuating family circumstances, we will be unable to join the festivities at @solshinereverie this weekend and @northlands.live Music & Arts Festival in June. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and ongoing support at this time.”

In the comments section, Solshine conglomerate, Summer Camp, showed their support, offering, “Nothing but love coming from us, and every person who walks into Three Sisters Park this weekend.”

At this time, moe.’s impending schedule has been cleared through the start of July. No word of the band’s intent of moving or sticking with their run of joint appearances with Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, slated to pick up on July 4 at the Stone Pony Summer Stage in Asbury Park, N.J.
