Reid Genauer took the stage with moe. Sunday night at Meadowbrook in Gilford, NH. Reid added vocals to The Weight towards the beginning of the first set. Its really a trip after playing an acoustic set to get up there with a 5-piece rock band, says Genauer. Ive known those guys for the duration and its like seeing old friends, especially since they now have babies and families running all around. Its more like a backwoods family reunion more than anything. Out of all the carnage in rock and roll, its nice to come away with some friends.
moe. plays the Amphitheater at Station Square in Pittsburgh, PA tomorrow with Les Claypools Frog Brigade and Jazz Mandolin Project. For more dates, visit www.moe.org.
