Tenor saxophonist Peter Apfelbaum has been added to the line-up of Trey Anastasios touring band. Apfelbaum will join the group May 28 in San Diego – one week into the spring tour – after he finishes touring with the Josh Roseman Unit. Peter will be the tenth member of Treys band, which also includes Tony Markellis (bass), Russ Lawton (drums), Andy Moroz (trombone), Jennifer Hartswick (trumpet), Dave Grippo (alto and baritone saxophone), Russell Remington (tenor saxophone, flute), Ray Paczkowsi (keyboards) and Cryo Baptista (percussion).
