Two weeks ago we reported on the contest referencing the artwork created by Tea Leaf Green guitarist Josh Clark for the band’s new album Radio Tragedy. He then explained, “I had a vision of a whole crime scene, and I wanted to make it a ‘noir’-like comic book piece of art. And I wanted to show a 1930’s scene of a murdered radio.” Along with the band members, Clark also drew in six historical figures and the group hosted a contest, encouraging fans to guess the identities of these individuals. The band announced that Ryan DeSocio was the first to identify the mystery figures, who are: 1-Shoeless Joe Jackson 2-Buddy Holly 3-Thomas Edison 4-Casey Kasem 5-Charlie Parker and 6-Billie Holiday. He wins a limited edition 12“x18” lithograph of the artwork, signed by the band.
