On December 17, a special charitable event will take place at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl. Proceeds from Fandiem’s Holiday Superjam will support both Music Will and the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund. Music Will, the largest nonprofit music program in the U.S., has reached over a million young people in its effort to “make music education available to all students regardless of their socioeconomic background.” The Sweet Relief Musicians Fund assists career musicians and music industry professionals

The Superjam will be anchored by Dumpstaphunk’s Ivan Neville and Tony Hall, along with Nikki Glaspie and Nick Cassarino from The Nth Power. George Porter Jr. also will participate, along with Reggie Watts, Craig Robinson, DJ Logic, Shira Elias and River Eckert. Additional players will participate as well.

Fandiem is a fundraising platform that allows fans to make charitable contributions giving them opportunities to win special experiences with artists and athletes. The organization is offering a “donate to win” fundraiser in conjunction with the event. Further details and ticket info can be found here.
