Paul McCartney has turned back the clock, using deep-fake technology to embody his younger self in his new “Find My Way” music video.
“The technology to de-age talent and have them perform in creative environments like this is now fully realized, even with one of the most recognized faces in the world,” said CEO Remington Scott, who leads Hyperreal, the company who helped co-produce the clip.
The remix, featuring hitmaker Beck, appeared on McCartney III Imagined, which dropped this past April.
The original “Find My Way,” sans Beck, was first heard on McCartney III, which was self-produced by the Beatle at his family home/farm and released in December 2020 as his quarantine record.
